Job summary

Capco, based in Orlando, seeks a Trade Surveillance Associate to strengthen and evolve surveillance and compliance monitoring programmes. You will collaborate with clients to enhance controls, improve data quality and deliver strategic change across global monitoring frameworks.

You will act as a trusted contact for surveillance product owners, technology teams and stakeholders, ensuring monitoring processes remain effective and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trade surveillance or front-office role.
• Experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and NASDAQ SMARTS.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with governance and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as client contact for surveillance programmes with product owners and tech teams.
• Drive strategic projects across global compliance monitoring frameworks.
• Develop performance metrics and analytics to optimize surveillance controls.
• Lead QA across analyst reviews and surveillance training.
• Oversee data quality and change management for surveillance systems.
