Job summary

Phaxis seeks a securities lending trade support analyst to join the Hoboken, NJ team. The role centers on post-trade functions, engaging with broker/dealer communities and mitigating lending exposure through daily interactions.

You will ensure timely settlements, coordinate with brokers, dealers, and sub-custodians, and assist the Securities Lending Desk to support smooth transaction completion.

Qualifications

• Post-trade operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with broker/dealer community on post-trade functions.
• Mitigate securities lending/repo exposure through daily interactions.
• Ensure timely settlements and avoid transaction failures with brokers, dealers, and sub-custodians.
• Collaborate with Middle Office for accurate daily lending reporting.
• Confirm daily cash movements and settle loan discrepancies with Back Office.
• Oversee month-end lending billing processes and fee receivables.
• Input and book daily lending activities into LAVA/Global One per trade profile.
• Manage daily processes in Access Edge platform and for FICC.
• Assist Securities Lending Desk with operational and administrative tasks.

• Ensure timely settlements and avoid transaction failures by coordinating with brokers, dealers, and sub-custodians.
• Collaborate with the Bank's Middle Office for accurate client and internal reporting of daily lending activity.
• Confirm daily cash movements and settle loan discrepancies with the Bank's Back Office.
• Oversee the month-end billing process to ensure timely completion of fee receivables.
• Input and book daily lending activities into LAVA/Global One, maintaining consistency with the trade support user profile.
• Manage daily processes in the Access Edge platform and for FICC.
• Assist Securities Lending Desk members with operational and administrative functions for smooth transaction completion.
