Job summary

Dexian, on behalf of its client, seeks a Trade Support Specialist responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and settling CDS, credit spread options, interest rate swaps, bonds, loans, and equity options. New grads encouraged to apply.

You will support trade orders, monitor asset and cash levels, and work with automation and data analysis to improve trading operations, while maintaining high-quality client service and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and utilize automation technologies in trading operations.
• Understanding of data analysis techniques to interpret data for decision-making.
• Strong communication to maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with standard office software to create and deliver presentations.
• Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support and process trade orders, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor asset and cash levels; identify discrepancies and address them promptly.
• Apply automation technologies and data analysis to optimize trading operations.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to trading platform enhancements.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and align operations with firm goals.
• Manage client sale and breach activity for US and international markets.
• Oversee recall communications, return settlement, desk escalations and fails management.
