Job summary

Conagra Brands in Chicago, IL is seeking an Associate to support the Trade Strategy team in implementing and refining our Customer Trade Funding Architecture. You will partner across Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, Brand, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and governance for trade investments.

You will develop analyses, maintain trade rates, and support reporting tools and dashboards, with a focus on accuracy and actionable recommendations to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of related business experience.
• Experience using Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of syndicated data sources such as Circana or Nielsen.
• Experience developing complex analyses and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, analysis, and preparation of Trade Architecture reporting and insights.
• Develop analyses and recommendations related to performance and profitability.
• Provide visibility and analytical rigor for Trade Architecture components and decisions.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, Brand, and Finance to support trade investments.
• Support annual customer performance assessment and trade rate-setting processes.
• Execute mass-loading of customer trade rates and assist with in-year rate adjustments.
• Lead ongoing maintenance of trade rates and resolve funding balance discrepancies.
• Support development and refresh of trade-related reporting tools and dashboards.
• Monitor monthly and annual reporting for accuracy and consistency.
