Job summary

Jobtailor in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Trade Show & Events Manager to own end-to-end execution from planning to on-site operations. You will coordinate objectives, staffing, budgets, and vendor requirements to deliver brand-aligned experiences.

You will lead booth setup, logistics, timelines, and post-event reconciliation, while partnering with internal teams and CRM to capture insights and drive cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Events.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience managing corporate trade shows from planning to post-event reconciliation.
• Ability to juggle multiple events, timelines, vendors, budgets, and priorities.
• Experience budgeting and monitoring expenditures for cost efficiencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and oversee trade show programs from planning to on-site execution.
• Lead planning, coordination, staffing, and event objectives across stakeholders.
• Manage booth selection, sponsorships, registrations, budgets, and vendor needs.
• Coordinate exhibit logistics, including installation and dismantling.
• Provide post-event reconciliation, reporting, and CRM data capture.
