Job summary

Backdropsource seeks an outgoing full-time Event Representative to be the face at expos nationwide, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, New York, and more. You’ll walk shows, gather contact details, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

You’ll travel to events, manage lead capture in Excel within 24 hours, and send brief end-of-event reports. Strong organization, communication, and hustle are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with trade show exposure.
• Based in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Las Vegas.
• Willing to travel to events; travel and hotel covered by us.
• Organized lead tracking with 24-hour turnaround after each event day.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned expos, trade shows, and conventions.
• Meet exhibitors and event organizers to generate leads.
• Enter leads into Excel templates within 24 hours and share with the team.
• Provide end-of-event summaries with lead counts and notable prospects.
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
