Qualifications

Experience in event planning, event sales, account management, custom exhibits, or trade shows.
Strong project and contract management skills.
Ability to work well within and/or lead a team setting.
Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms.
Understanding of trade show or event production processes.
Deadline- and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Direct run of show on event days and oversee all supporting responsibilities.
Coordinate exhibit installations and ensure client expectations are met.
Manage contract fulfillment stages and communicate project information across departments.
Research and identify opportunities for business development.
Maintain an event, exhibit, and account pipeline.
Set follow-up appointments to nurture relationships and future acquisitions.
Develop proposals and materials for events and exhibits.
