Modern Expo & Events in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Trade Show & Expo Producer to lead expositions, tailor-made exhibits, and corporate events from concept to delivery. You will manage client relationships, budgets, bids, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or tradeshow-related work.
• Strong project and contract management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a creative, fun, solution-oriented, and positive approach to all projects.
• Manage the contract fulfillment stages of all event and custom exhibit activities and personnel.
• Distribute and communicate project information clearly to multiple departments.
• Calculate and propose budgets and bids for planned events and custom exhibit projects.
• Research and identify successful event, exhibit, and business development opportunities.
• Maintain an event, exhibit, and account pipeline.
• Manage project deadlines and product fulfillment milestones throughout the complete event and exhibit lifecycle.
• Coordinate custom exhibit development, including design, graphics, fabrication, installation, dismantle, and client communication.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and create opportunities for new event and exhibit acquisitions.
• Manage, propose, and contribute to the creation of event, exhibit, and proposal materials.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Direct run of show on event days and oversee all supporting responsibilities.
• Coordinate exhibit installations and ensure project execution meets client expectations.
• Lead show standards and maintain quality customer service under pressure.
