Job summary

Wenger Corporation seeks a Trade Show & Events Supervisor to lead planning, coordination, and execution of Wenger’s trade shows, conferences, expositions, and customer-facing events. You’ll shape event experiences that align with brand strategy, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality/Event Management, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience managing trade shows, conferences, corporate events, event marketing programs, or related event operations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, logistics, timelines, inventory, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple events and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute trade shows, events, and corporate experiences that deliver a consistent, brand-aligned Wenger customer experience.
• Develop and manage the annual trade show and events calendar in alignment with marketing, sales, product, and business priorities.
• Lead event kickoff meetings, workback schedules, planning checkpoints, and post-event evaluations for clear communication and accountability.
• Coordinate exhibit design, booth layouts, messaging, product storytelling, and attendee engagement initiatives.
