We are seeking a Trade Show/Event Planner to be a part of a collaborative marketing team. This individual will be part of the team responsible, but not limited to, the planning and coordination of trade shows, meetings and events throughout the year as well as other events tasks.

This position can be worked from any of our JH office locations or remotely throughout the U.S.

This position will have a salary range of $55,000-65,000 based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning and organizing trade shows & corporate events, including but not limited to these functions:
    1. Site selection
    2. Event Budgeting
    3. Coordination of event logistics
    4. Processing payments and invoices
    5. Post event reporting
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 18 months of event planning or marketing experience.
  • 30% travel required.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience with event registration software is not mandatory but helpful.
  • First Aid certified
  • Bachelor’s degree or relative experience to support the role.
  • Strong written, verbal, and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of meeting planning and tradeshow management
  • Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects.
