Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation in federal and state courts.
• Handle emergency injunctive proceedings and expedited discovery.
• Draft complaints and substantive motions; take/depose witnesses and handle complex discovery.
• Assist with computer forensics and e-discovery issues in matters of employee departure and competition.
