Qualifications

• Experience handling complex motions, depositions, and e-discovery.

Responsibilities

• Litigate trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters in federal/state courts.
• Draft complaints, motions, and responses; manage complex discovery.
• Participate in emergency injunctive proceedings and computer forensics.
