The role focuses on sophisticated litigation involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility within federal and state courts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant litigation experience, a California Bar admission, and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience in trade secrets and restrictive covenants.
• California Bar admission is required; J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong writing, analytical, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation in federal and state courts.
• Manage emergency injunctive proceedings, expedited discovery, and forensics/discovery tasks.
• Draft complaints, substantive motions, take depositions and supervise complex discovery.
