Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieving individual sales goals through our selling model throughout all product offerings.
• Providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, and trade organizations.
• Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
• Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs.
• Continually striving for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
• New Hire Comp, annual base salary of $50,000 + $2,000.00 monthly guaranteed commission for the first 12 months. After 12 months, then on the standard commission and bonus structure.
• After guarantee period, annual base salary is performance-driven (will go up or down based on previous year's bookings).
• Commission plan - Commission can be up to 5.60% based upon discount applied to Net Price of product and/or service.
• Monthly bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings; 1.0% for booking <75% of quota attainment and 1.75% for booking >=75% of quota attainment.
• Standard IRS Mileage reimbursement (for new hire and existing consultants).
