Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Sales Consultant or Rookie in Training that is hungry and built for true scalable growth. The Trade Sales Consultant will be responsible for building relationships with architects, contractors, and builders to generate leads and sales of Mountain View Pella products. Key tasks include presenting product offerings, preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions to meet project needs. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction, as well as staying informed about industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills with a proven track record in closing deals and meeting sales targets.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the construction and design industries


• Product knowledge and the ability to understand and present technical details of window and door solutions


• Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills peppered with sharp self awareness


• Experience in the windows and doors, construction, or related industry is preferred


• Proficiency with CRM software and willingness to learn new technologies and tools


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet with clients
