Job summary

Dorman Products, a leading US-based aftermarket auto parts company, seeks a Trade Compliance Analytics Specialist to join our hybrid HQ in Colmar, PA. You’ll build dashboards, analyze import/export data, support duty forecasting, and generate cross-functional reports to drive compliance and cost visibility.

Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business/related field, 1+ years in trade analytics or SCM, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. SAP/ACE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in trade compliance, analytics, finance, supply chain, reporting, or related field preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP, Power BI, ACE, or global trade management systems preferred.

Job Summary

This role follows a hybrid work model requiring at least one day per week onsite in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA). Candidates must have flexibility to adjust their onsite day(s) based on business demands, meetings, and collaboration needs.

Primary Duties
  • Prepare and maintain trade compliance dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze import and export data to identify trends, compliance risks, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support duty forecasting, landed cost visibility, and trade-related financial reporting.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Trade Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and other cross functional teams as needed.
  • Help maintain nd analyze broker performance scorecards, KPIs, and operational metrics to support compliance oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support import and export audit activities through data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve trade data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of trade automation and analytics tools.
  • Assist with compliance program reporting for initiatives such as CTPAT, Free Trade Agreements, Duty Drawback, and related programs.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, trade compliance systems, business intelligence tools, or data analytics platforms preferred.
  • Ability to develop meaningful dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.
  • 1+ years of experience in trade compliance, analytics, finance, supply chain, reporting, or related field preferred; relevant internship or co-op experience is welcome
  • Exposure to trade compliance programs, customs regulations, SAP, Power BI, ACE, or global trade management systems preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,300.00 to $90,100.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
