Job summary

House of Cheatham, Inc. is seeking a Trade Promotion Management Analyst to support end-to-end customer programs, pricing, and trade spend activities in a fast-paced CPG environment.

The role collaborates across Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service to ensure accurate execution and visibility into deductions and program performance. The analyst will lead TPM and TPO initiatives, manage funding, and drive process improvements while supporting forecasting and reporting to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or trade spend management.
  • Experience with Promomash or similar TPM/deductions platforms.
  • Experience in consumer products (CPG) or retail-driven environments preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot tables and Lookups.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TPM capabilities development and process pillars with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage trade funding: bill-backs, off-invoice allowances, rebates, scans, accruals.
  • Monitor spend performance and identify discrepancies or risks.
  • Lead month- and quarter-end validation and reporting accuracy.
  • Support forecasting of trade spend commitments and customer investments.
  • Drive continuous TPM process improvements and analytics.
  • Coordinate with TPM platform teams to ensure pricing and agreements alignment.
  • Provide analytical support to Sales on promotions and deductions.
