Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC is seeking a Trade Promotions Analyst to ensure trade, brokerage, label, marketing and promotional programs are accurately established and maintained in systems. You will safeguard company assets by validating payment and deduction data and analyzing program activity for accruals.

You will collaborate with Commercial teams to provide financial program effectiveness data and support monthly P/L variance analysis. Strong MS Office skills and database experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of business experience; customer service, sales/marketing or accounting/finance preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, data handling in databases, and spreadsheet calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain marketing/promotion items in systems (rebates, MAP funds, etc.).
• Maintain systems/databases to reflect deals offered by sales.
• Process trade promotion transactions and prepare payment requests for trade items.
• Review incoming deductions for trade items and validate program existence with customers.
• Enter or review customer data to verify claims and accruals.
• Prepare payment or deduction requests supported by trade programs; resolve discrepancies with Sales/customers.
• Contact customers to secure repayment on invalid deductions with supporting info.
• Maintain trade promotion data and update deduction status in the system.
• Prepare reports tracking payment requests and deduction balances for management.
• Collaborate with Commercial team and onsite teams to meet program objectives.
• Assist management on other finance-related projects as needed.
