Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Manager of Trade and Pricing Operations to oversee a portion of the US trade spend across the Tropicana Brands Group portfolio. You will serve as SME for TPM/TPO and drive data-driven insights and reporting, partnering with Sales, Finance, and IT for successful system enhancements.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a Bachelor’s degree with SAP exposure.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Pricing, Trade Management, RGM, or Strategy in the CPG space.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficient in Excel and data-based analytics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate business rules into planning criteria.

Mansioni

• Lead development and maintenance of trade and pricing reporting infrastructure, including TPM/TPO data flows and reporting.
• Own trade projections and long-term planning with Sales and Finance to forecast investments and ROI scenarios.
• Act as system leader for Annual Operating Plan with trade inputs and alignment across planning systems.
• Drive month-end close processes for trade spend with variance analysis and insights for leadership.
• Lead and develop Trade Operations team and provide ad hoc analysis and training.
