Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a global food production conglomerate to hire an Associate Finance Analyst. The Trade Finance Support Analyst will support sales and finance teams in managing trade promotions and financial operations.

This role involves data entry, validation, forecasting, reconciliation, reporting and issue resolution. The position is based in Solon, OH with a hybrid schedule, collaborating with sales, finance, customer service, and business teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Sales Support, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate trade promotion updates in XTEL and update data across systems.
• Validate forecast numbers and support monthly forecast reviews.
• Prepare sales reports for Account Managers and leadership, and support weekly event-spend reporting.
• Identify gaps or variances and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Process invoices, reconcile deductions, and ensure alignment of promotions with financial reporting.
• Partner with sales, finance, and customer service to ensure data integrity across accounts.
