Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst – Trade Finance in Frisco, TX to support Sales and Finance in managing trade spend within budgets and TPM compliance. You will monitor Demantra usage, develop financial reports, and identify optimization opportunities in P&L management.

The role requires 4-year degree with 5 years in trade marketing or sales within CPG, strong Excel skills, and TPM experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and 5 years of trade marketing or sales experience in the CPG industry.
• Excellent reporting and data analysis skills in Excel.
• Experience with forecast data, distributor data, syndicated data and sales shipment information.
• Experience with TPM systems (Demantra preferred) and TPO software preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade management guidance and training to Field Sales for customer programs and national promotions.
• Act as hub for trade spend tracking, planning and monitoring.
• Provide ongoing Demantra TPM system guidance to field sales.
• Lead review of promotional spend reports for accurate accruals.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial reports on KPIs.
• Ensure financial controls and TPM policy adherence in Demantra TPM.
