Job summary

You will monitor the end-to-end flow, escalate issues early, and ensure goods reach the right Buyer only after required payments are confirmed. Strong coordination and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Trade transaction execution management.
• Coordinate Buyers, suppliers, warehouses and freight.
• Track payment, inventory, shipment and delivery.
• Ensure timelines and contractual requirements.
• Verify payment status before shipment.
• Escalate payment delays and discrepancies.
• Coordinate loading, pickup and release with warehouses.
• Monitor shipments from origin to delivery.
• Provide delivery updates to Buyers.
• Maintain records of confirmations and approvals.
