Summary

Provide a luxury experience to RH Trade clientele by delivering product expertise, elevated service and project support while partnering with the Residential Trade Leader to grow trade business within the Gallery. The role involves client consultations, gallery tours, site visits and coordination of services and installations to achieve fiscal goals and maintain strong industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury service and product expertise to trade clientele
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to develop and grow trade business
• Qualify new clients and manage relationships with existing trade partners
• Conduct consultations, gallery tours and site visits to support projects
• Assist with project development and coordinate internal services and installations
• Communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization
• Maintain industry relevancy and relationships within the interior design community
• Work towards achieving fiscal and sales goals for the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience in a high end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm
• Proven relationship driven success working with interior design and trade community
• Strong organizational, strategic and results oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to quality and detail with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Basic to proficient ability to read and interpret floor plans
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift items up to 25 lbs.
