Job summary

Philips is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager, Master Data & Controls to own the data framework for import/export part-number data, documentation, and broker-facing compliance. You will build a controlled data-management system ensuring every part has master data, regulatory flags, and ownership for compliant customs clearance.

You will govern master data across SAP and ERP, align data with brokers and invoices, and lead change control for evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in trade compliance, import/export, or related areas.
• Experience with HTS/HS classifications and regulatory indicators.

Responsibilities

• Govern master data across SAP, product masters, and broker platforms.
• Align data across SAP, invoices, and broker databases.
• Lead regulatory change control and supplier collaboration.
• Develop workflows and governance for issue resolution.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for data quality and compliance.
