Job summary

Philips seeks a Trade Compliance Manager, Master Data & Controls to own the operational framework for import/export part-number data, trade doc, and regulator-ready information. You will build a controlled data-management system ensuring master data, flags, and documentation are complete for compliant customs clearance.

You will lead data governance across SAP and broker platforms, align systems, and drive proactive compliance, with a focus on reducing broker escalations and improving readiness.

Qualifications

5+ years in trade compliance, customs or supply chain controls.
Experience with HTS/HS classifications, origin country and regulatory indicators.
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own trade master data governance across SAP, product master systems, and broker platforms.
Synchronize data across SAP, invoices, broker databases, and trade repositories.
Build change-management processes to update systems and document actions.
Lead cross-functional issue resolution and governance forums.
