Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced professional to support global trade compliance and inventory optimization within a complex international supply chain. This role will partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations while driving supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in international trade compliance.
• Proven background supporting global import/export compliance programs.
• Knowledge of international customs regulations, export controls, sanctions compliance, HTS classification, and country of origin requirements.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or global supply chain environments.
• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Inventory control and inventory optimization experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global import and export compliance activities across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with international customs regulations, export controls, and sanctions requirements
• Manage HTS classification, country of origin determinations, and trade documentation processes
• Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of compliance initiatives
• Assist with inventory control and inventory optimization efforts

• Experience supporting Regional Distribution Centers in multiple global locations
• Experience establishing and measuring operational KPIs
