Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world‑class forklift and material handling equipment. The Trade Compliance Operations role supervises the internal department, develops compliance policies, and creates reports to measure effectiveness.

It involves risk analysis, training, and cross‑functional collaboration for process improvement. The position requires onsite work in New Bremen, Ohio, with 5–7 years of related experience and an Associate Degree (Business) or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Associate Degree (Business) or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
• Frequent travel (6-20%) and overnight stays (6-20%).
• Must be able to work fully onsite in New Bremen, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Trade Compliance department operations.
• Create reports to measure effectiveness of trade compliance programs.
• Develop and maintain risk and productivity metrics to identify areas for reduction of risk and process improvement.
• Assist in process improvement projects to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
