Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment, is seeking a Compliance professional to administer the Corporate Compliance program and support sustainability data, audits, and third-party due diligence. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Risk Management, Sustainability, or a related field
• Occasional travel (0-5%)

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Company's Corporate Compliance program including the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Antitrust, and Anti-Bribery & Crtution programs.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating compliance policies, procedures, and guidance materials; maintain compliance records, databases, certifications, and documentation, and prepare reports, metrics and dashboards for management; conduct and support internal compliance investigations.
• Monitor and research relevant laws and regulations to identify emerging risks and support ongoing compliance efforts; coordinate responses to supplier and customer questionnaires, assessments, and inquiries; collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ethics, integrity and compliance across the Company.
