Job summary

PHOENIX, based in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Trade Compliance Auditor/Data Analyst to join its team. The role blends compliance auditing with data analytics to ensure accuracy across trade systems, drive cost recovery opportunities, and improve processes.

You will perform internal audits of customs entries, FTZ records, and HTS classifications, reconcile ERP/FTZ data, and develop tools to track supplier performance and compliance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, inventory control, internal auditing, or trade compliance roles. 2+ years in trade compliance or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit customs entries for HTS, value, origin, and PGA data.
• Reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions per ICRS rules.
• Analyze inventory balances and movements to identify discrepancies.
• Develop KPIs and data-driven reports for management and CBP.
• Assist in developing audit procedures and automation of reporting.
