Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in customs and export compliance would be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with documentation and data.
• Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, suppliers and regulators.
• Proficient using Outlook, Word and Excel; ERP experience advantageous.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset for investigating issues.
• High level of integrity handling confidential information.
• Interest in trade compliance and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist with import and export activities and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain and review trade compliance records and databases.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and resolve documentation issues.
• Support export licensing activities and licence record keeping.
• Assist with compliance screening including sanctions and end-user checks.
• Support audits and internal/regulatory inspections.
• Identify and escalate compliance concerns to the Trade Compliance team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and best practices.
