Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis seeks an Accountant – Commercial Accounting to own Trade gross-to-net accounting, rebates, and programs. You will manage month-end close for Trade Channel sales, analyze variances, and partner with FP&A, Trade, and Contract Administration to ensure accurate financial results.

The role requires a CPA/MBA as a plus and a strong GAAP background, with a focus on internal controls and process improvements within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting for Trade gross-to-net activity, including customer rebates, incentives, and commercial programs.
• Manage month-end accounting activities related to Trade Channel sales and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze year-over-year and period-over-period variances and communicate insights.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with Finance leadership and variances analysis.
• Review customer contracts and provide accounting analysis to cross-functional teams.
• Apply GAAP, ASC 606 and Masco accounting policies to Trade activity.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors for audits and SOX compliance.
• Maintain accounting narratives and supporting documentation.
