The Trade Apprentice is an entry‑level role designed to provide hands‑on training and skill development in the upholstery or cutting trades. Pay range: $17.40 – $23.25 per hour. Overtime pay is available for eligible, non‑exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.
