Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required or Master’s/PhD with experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team management abilities.
• Experience in rail/transit traction power design preferred.
• Ability to influence project outcomes and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Performs independent technical reviews and provides guidance on complex projects.
• Provides technical expertise to project leadership and mentors production staff.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation for complex projects.
• Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
• Ensures technical consistency and standard practices across projects.
• Recruits, hires, develops and retains staff including performance reviews.
