Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 10+ years of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree in Engineering with 9+ years, or
- PhD in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Performs independent technical reviews and provides guidance on complex projects.
- Provides technical expertise and mentoring to project leadership and production staff.
- Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation for complex projects.
- Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
- Develops and advises on technical consistency across processes and projects.
- Recruits, hires, develops and retains staff, including performance reviews and timecard approvals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
