Job summary

Hörmann LLC is hiring for a non-exempt production role in our facility. You will prepare track for assembly, cut and drill according to the production schedule, and occasionally perform other department tasks.

Responsibilities include selecting materials, QA checks, precise drilling, inspection for accuracy, and labeling. The role supports a day shift in a busy plant with safety requirements and protective equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately

Responsibilities

• Obtain work orders and production schedule and chose raw materials accordingly
• Perform quality assurance inspection to assure raw materials meet established standards
• Drill holes according to work order using precise measurements
• Inspect track for accuracy
• Applies product and identification labels
