Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an Athletics/Activities/Coaching professional for Maxson & Hubbard Middle School (grades 6-8). The role requires NJ teaching certification, CPR/AED and First Aid, and prior coaching experience.

Location is on-site at Maxson & Hubbard Middle. Applications close 16 September 2026. TBD actual start date; compensation may be updated per contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; county substitute requirements may be sufficient.
• Valid County Substitute Certificate may be sufficient.
• Experience: prior assistant or head coaching experience preferred; active participation in the sport to teach basic skills.
• Certification: Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate, CPR/AED and Sports First Aid; submit copies.

Qualifications:

• Education: BA Degree (Note: only in very special and unusual situations, the county Substitute requirements may be sufficient).
• Requirement: (Valid County Substitute Certificate may be sufficient).
• Experience: Previous assistant or head coaching experience is desired. Sufficient participation in the designated sport where basic skills and techniques of the game are learned and some mastered.
• Certification: Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate, CPR/AED and Sports First Aid (Please submit a copy of certifications)
