Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure buildings and event areas are safe, clean, functional, and presentable.
• Perform routine inspections, minor maintenance, and repairs; identify issues requiring specialized service.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist leaders with facility projects and improvements.
• Prepare facilities and spaces for events, meetings, and race activities, including equipment and furniture setup.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and general housekeeping.
