Embark on a fulfilling career in the Engineering Department at BNSF Railway. As part of our Track Maintenance Team, you will construct, inspect, repair tracks, and maintain railway assets and corridors.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) requiring on-call duty, overtime, night shifts, alternate shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Travel to and stay at job sites for extended periods, sometimes days or weeks, in the designated seniority region.
Training is company-paid, including on-the-job and classroom instruction at the BNSF Training Center.

Relocation assistance is not available. A 60-day probationary period applies.
Union membership is with the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (BMWE), with dues required per union agreement. Transfers are seniority-based and require approval.
