The Track & Field/Cross Country Head Coach at St. Charles Community College will provide leadership, organization, and strategic development for the men's and women's programs, including recruiting, training, and competition planning.

The successful candidate will foster academic achievement, integrity, and student-athlete welfare while ensuring compliance with NJCAA and college policies, working with staff and campus partners to build a competitive, values-driven program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience coaching cross country and/or track & field.
• Knowledge of NJCAA rules and eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for both men’s and women’s cross country and track & field.
• Plan, organize, and conduct practices and competition preparation.
• Recruit qualified student-athletes and build roster numbers.
• Supervise assistant coaches and ensure compliance with rules.
• Collaborate with college departments to support student-athletes’ success.
