FloSports, a world-class sports media company, is seeking a Client Success Associate – Track & Field to join our MileSplit data team in Austin. You will help gather, post, and verify Track & Field and Cross Country results, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for our platform’s track and field data.

You will support data processing across multiple sports, assist with support tickets, and help maintain internal documentation while learning best practices for data entry and quality control in a

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Track & Field and Cross Country is preferred; familiarity with results and statistics helps.
• Attention to detail and data integrity are critical.
• Self-driven with good planning and organizational skills.
• Able to quickly research information online; basic Excel skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, converting, and posting Track & Field and Cross Country results into the MileSplit database.
• Support verification and ensure accuracy of data in results and rankings.
• Aid in processing results for additional sports as needed.
• Help resolve software support tickets related to data, escalating complex issues.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of Stats Team product documentation and efficiency reporting.
• Learn and apply best practices for data entry and quality control.
• Perform other duties and special projects to support team goals and partner success.
