Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of respective sport.

• Must hold valid driver's license and have a good driving record to drive college vehicles and obtain CDL.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach during all practices and assist with coaching duties.
• Recruit prospective student athletes and communicate with them.
• Manage travel, accommodations, and meals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with college, ICCAC, and NJCAA rules.
• Assist with fundraising and booster activities.
• Advise academics and monitor eligibility of team members.
• Support department projects and work with media and public relations.
• Participate in clinics and collaborate with staff.
