Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with recruitment of student athletes and coordination of team practices.
• Assist in practice planning, throwing batting practice, and monitoring academics of athletes.
• Represent the college professionally on campus, in the community, and at events/contests.
• Assist with budget oversight and compliance with accounting/documentation practices.
• Ensure the well-being and behavior of student-athletes during trips.
• Collaborate to maintain NJCAA by-laws and eligibility rules.
• Promote the college and team to gain local, state, and national recognition.
• Attend required meetings with athletic leadership.
