Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 completed college credits.
• Valid driver's license at time of hire and for duration.
• Ability to travel and to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum of two (2) years of playing and/or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach with recruitment and retention efforts of student athletes.
• Assist Head Coach in guiding student athletes with academic and athletic goals.
• Assist Head Coach in ensuring safety and well-being of student athletes.
• Comply with institutional policies and NJCAA by-laws and eligibility rules.
• Assist Head Coach in linking academics and athletics for student athletes.
• Assist Head Coach with required paperwork and correspondence.
• Assist Head Coach with program goals and direction; cover head coaching duties when necessary.
• Be present when team is assembled in an official capacity; follow Head Coach arrangements.
