Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for private-duty home health cases in Pennsylvania, including Coatesville and Norristown areas. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local support, and a tablet in each patient’s home for electronic documentation.

Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR with hands-on, TB test within 12 months, and reliable transportation. Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to home state within 90 days.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Age Range: Toddler

Option B

Schedule: Sunday 10p-6a (and fill ins for any call outs Mon-Sat)
Location/Setting: Home Environment in Norristown
Age Range: School Age
Acuity: High-tech trach/vent, G-tube
