Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Reliable with consistent attendance.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
• Implement individualized care plans and document client progress accurately
• Administer or assist with medication management per care plan guidelines
• Foster a safe, supportive, and dignified environment for all clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in direct care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must pass background check and any required health screenings
