Qualifikationen

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
• Implement individualized care plans and document client progress accurately
• Administer or assist with medication management per care plan guidelines
• Foster a safe, supportive environment and communicate with supervisors, families, and healthcare team
