Job summary

Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to join our team in Lansdale, PA. This full-time position provides support to clients in their homes, with the aim of enhancing quality of life and independence.

You will assist with ADLs, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship, while maintaining a safe home environment. EVV compliance and DOH policy adherence are required; prior caregiving experience is welcome but

Qualifications

• Must comply with EVV requirements and clock in/out at client location
• Adherence to DOH regulations and company policies
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide personal care support and mobility/transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication reminders per care plan (if allowed)
• Ensure client safety and dignity in home setting
• Document and report changes to supervising staff

• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Incontinence care, as needed
• Medication reminders (as permitted by the care plan)
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to provide highquality care while preserving client dignity and independence
• Must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, including clocking in and out at the client's verified service location
• All employees of Affinity Healthcare Solutions are mandatory reporters and must adhere to all Department of Health (DOH) regulations and Affinity Healthcare Solutions policies and procedures
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
