Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development with C/C++.
• 3+ years in embedded systems and embedded operating systems.
• 3+ years in technical leadership.
• 2+ years in people management or team leadership.
• Experience with test design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee TPU development and Silicon Validation by setting priorities and coaching the team.
• Define the technical roadmap and ensure sound system designs and engineering best practices.
• Oversee development of test frameworks, core test generators, and IP test content for pre- and post-silicon validation.
• Direct creation of simulation and modeling tools (GRM and ISS) and embedded firmware for test boards.
• Collaborate with chip, hardware, system, and software teams to debug issues and validate features across environments.
