The University of New Mexico-Valencia Campus seeks temporary, part-time faculty to teach 1000-2000 level Chemistry courses. This is a continuous recruitment for Spring 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027, with selections per semester.
Location is Valencia County, NM, a rural campus serving about 2,000 students per semester. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Chemistry (or related field with 18 graduate credits in Chemistry) and one year of post-secondary teaching experience;
The UNM-Valencia Campus is seeking candidates for temporary, part-time faculty to teach 1000-2000 Level Chemistry Courses. This will be a continuous recruitment starting in the spring 2027 semester. The posting will remain open, and applicants will be selected as needed per semester.
Located about 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia County, The University of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of The University of New Mexico which functions as a community college in the region and is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis on teaching excellence, Valencia Campus offers academic transfer programs, technical programs, Adult Education, and Dual Credit courses to high schools in Valencia and Socorro Counties. The faculty and staff serve a student body of over 2,000 students per semester.
