• Provides leadership for new product introductions and early learning shipments; resolves critical long-term customer issues with upper management.
• Drives failure analysis to identify long-term technical issues and develops corrective designs.
• Provides Alpha Site leadership (NPI, JDA, Eval) related to installation, operation, calibration, service or testing of new hardware/software.
• Drives multi-function task forces to address complex design issues including device performance or yield concerns; manages program scope from concept to customer acceptance.
• Generates and presents system performance data and analysis, including MTBF, MTBI, and availability.
